Senior telecom turnkey Project Manager

Job Qualification and Experienced Required:
• BSc Civil Engineering, MSc Telecom Structural Engineering an added advantage
• Must have formal Project Management qualifications PMP - PRINCE 2, MSP- ETOM is preferred
• Minimum 9 years experience managing Telecom turnkey projects in telecom vendors
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing, planning and implementation of big multiple complex, turnkey telecom infrastructure projects within time and quality
• Responsible for building and developing new bid and project delivery processes, including CW Estimation and budgeting
• Manage cross functional project and program delivery teams and third party suppliers and contractors
• Responsible for project, program stakeholder management and communicating with senior clients up to board level, Prepare periodic MIS on project status and report to Management
• Review all engineering deliverables to ensure project specifications and design procedures were applied with zero accident tolerance.
• Ensure project acceptance billing is done as per the execution schedule
• E2E telecom turnkey project management including nominal’s selection, acquisition, liaise and license, CW construction, telecom installation, acceptance , follow customer payment and Collection
Abilities
• Prepare detailed project plans; monitor and track project progress to ensure high levels of operational efficiency, quality and cost effective management of resources
• Identify potential risks, constraints and dependencies over the course of the project and develop mitigation mechanisms to manage such issues effectively
• Manage project modification requests from the customer and re-estimate project timelines and budgets accordingly
• Ensure regular co-ordination between the on-site project team and the corporate office for seamless delivery
• Periodically liaise with the local authorities for approvals and licenses. With good understanding of Egypt site acquisition Process
• Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements) with respect to projects.
• Work closely with the contractors and their team for project delivery; monitor and supervise their work to ensure adherence to delivery standards.
• Monitor material supply schedule and ensure timely delivery of project material as per the project plan.
• Advise project team members on functional and technical aspects of the project execution; allocate tasks to individual team members.
General Knowledge and Technical Skills Required:
• Good technical and field knowledge of CW, telecom , transmission and power products and maintenance
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentational skills.
• Good financial knowledge of OPEX, CAPEX and financial knowledge

OSS Core Network Engineer CSE URGENTLY required
Works as OSS Core Network customer support engineer CSE in Egypt Technical Assistance Center (E- TAC).
- Handle Customer Requests related to OSS Core Newtork Products
- Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to ETAC workflow and regulations.
- Accept Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively according to SLA.
- Working in shifts if needed.
- If assigned, participate in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside Egypt.
- Participate in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of OSS- Core Network Product line.
- If assigned, provide Technical Supervision/tutoring for staff.
Minimum 4 years experience in related field.
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering
- Fluent of English reading and writing, french is a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High ability of fast learning and practice.
- Good team work
- Good attitude and self motivated.
- Excellent Anyltical Skills
- Familiar and Excellent understanding for Linux/solaris operating systems.
- Familiar with Oracle Database.
- ITI Graduate is a plus.
- Familiar with mobile technology "GSM, UMTS" equipments, hierarchy and Flow.
- Huawei OSS- Core Network equipments awareness is a plus.
- Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes.
