1. Job Title: ( IT Technical Support Specialist)

• 1-2 years of experience.
• MCSE 2012 certified (Plus).
• CCNA certified (Plus).
• ITIL Foundation (Plus).
• Familiar with Microsoft deployment technologies (SCCM, WDS, Remote Tools).
• Familiar with Automation technologies & Tools (VBS, PS, Auto it).
• Familiar with D.B concepts.
• Familiar with different OS types and platforms.
• Ability to Troubleshoot and fix ( S.W & H.W ) problems.

2. Job Title: ( IT Remote Site Support Specialist) :
• 1-2 years of experience.
• MCSE 2012 certified (Plus).
• ITIL Foundation (Plus).
• Familiar with Microsoft deployment technologies (SCCM, WDS, Remote Tools).
• Familiar with Automation technologies & Tools (VBS, PS, Auto it).
• Familiar with different OS types and platforms.
• Ability to Troubleshoot and fix ( S.W & H.W ) problems.
• Aware of virtualization technologies (Citrix).
